Dating to the latter years of the 19th century and in the fancy carved foliate design which was much loved at the time, this antique Emerald and Diamond engagement ring is a scarce find. In lovely condition and an especially sought after design (remaining in super condition) the whole is of 18ct yellow Gold. The two gorgeous olden Diamonds are hand cut in the with large open facets and a fabulous bright sparkle, being of fabulous quality material; the Emerald being a lush deep mossy Columbian hue and very beautiful.
Inside is the maker's mark for William and Edward Turnpenny which was registered in 1844. The ring size, which is an 'L' or '5.75' could be altered a little for fit if you leave a message on your order form.
